On a pretty chilly Sunday morning in June I arrived at the house of this lovely family to document their daily shenanigans.
New bubba is just five weeks old and big brother 2 and 3/4 years.
The minute I walked through the door Mr 2.75 got his camera out and started snapping pictures of me snapping pictures of him. I immediately warmed to him, not because of the shared love of photography but because he is just super friendly and easy going which is a such a reflection of what his parents are like. Cathy and Brooke have the most humble home. Usually when there are renos going on a home can feel somewhat cold, but not this home, warm, cosy and full of personality.
You can tell this little fam just love being around each other and it's very much a case of 'home is where the heart is'.
From the chickens in the veggie garden to the 70's retro tiles in the kitchen (which by the way are being debated) it was just such a lovely way to spend a Sunday morning - making wonderful family photos for this little tribe to look back on.
